Those who wish to assure themselves a position on the tour should register as soon as possible. Registration is easy: Go to www.AppleStudentTours.org and click on the “REGISTER FOR A TOUR” button. Enter your Tour Code: LELMRW and click CONTINUE where you will enter your traveler’s information and click PROCEED TO PAYMENT. You will then be taken to the payment page where you will need to submit a $250 non-refundable deposit via credit card in order to complete your registration.
Payment Protection Program:
The Payment Protection Program (PPP) is $179 and is automatically added to each account. Your account must be paid in full by the Final Payment Date, trip cost plus PPP cost, to be eligible any for refund under the program. The following Cancellation Policy only applies to people that do not purchase the Payment Protection Program. Refunds are limited upon cancellation of a trip. Cancellations will be accepted only upon receipt of WRITTEN notice to APPLE. Similarly, requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and faxed or mailed to APPLE, and will be processed as follows: a) For cancellations received after the deposit but 120 days or more prior to departure, you will receive a full refund of all payments minus a $250 cancellation fee, non-cash payment fee (if applicable), optional insurance costs if purchased, and any applicable additional airline, hotel, activity, or other transportation fees, if any; b) For cancellations received 119 days or less prior to departure but before the final payment date, you will receive a full refund of all payments minus a $350 cancellation fee, non-cash payment fee (if applicable), optional insurance costs if purchased, and any applicable additional airline, hotel, minimum, activity or other transportation fees; c) For cancellations received after the final payment date, you will forfeit 100% of all money paid. The refund process typically takes four to six weeks, with the applicable fees dependent on when the cancellation is actually received by APPLE. To re-instate a cancelled reservation when space is available, there may additional airline/hotel fees.

$2,957 – per student / quad occupancy
$3,357 – per adult / double occupancy
(If, for any reason, double occupancy is not available, adults will be charged the single occupancy rate of $4,157)
- The tour price is based on a minimum of 45 paying participants per motor coach. If the total number falls below this, the tour price is subject to increase.

- Your tour price reflects a discount for payment by cash, check, money order and cashiers check. A ONE-TIME
non-cash payment fee of $40 will be added to your tour account when using other forms of payment for any payment other than the deposit.
