East Coast Tour Welcome Letter

Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to our nine-month journey toward Spring Break 2020 (Friday, April 3rd to Thursday, April 9th).  

We would like to express our gratitude for your interest in the East Coast Tour.  We give priority on the wait-list to those who register by May 3rd, 2019:

Registration Date	Points Earned
April 30th to May 3rd (sign-up night)	5 points
May 4th to May 31st	4 points
June 1st to August 19th	3 points
August 20th to September 30th	2 points
October 1st to December 31st	1 point

*If a wait-list is needed, our priority will include registration date points. Official registration is completed and confirmed on the Apple Student Tours website.   

In addition, we will have our fall kick-off meeting September 10th, 2019.  At that point, we will explain the overall total points system that is used to determine our wait-list caused by limited seating.
